Be nice. Pay what you owe. Don't be weird about other people's cars. If you break the rules, we might have to show you the door.
Nick My Space ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform that connects drivers who want to vacate a parking spot with drivers who want to use that spot. We facilitate the connection and payment — we don't own, control, or guarantee any parking spaces.
You must be:
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login, and let us know immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
When you accept an offer or have your offer accepted, you're entering into an agreement with another user. We hold the payment until the transaction is confirmed complete. Our role is to facilitate — we're not responsible for either party's actions.
We charge a platform fee on completed transactions. Current rates are shown on our Pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe. By using our service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds are issued when transactions don't complete as agreed (e.g., seller doesn't move). For disputed transactions, we review the evidence and make a fair decision. Our decision is final.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, receive repeated bad ratings or reports, or engage in fraud. We'll tell you why, unless doing so would compromise safety or an investigation.
We provide the platform "as is". We're not liable for transactions that go wrong, disputes between users, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
