The simple way

How Nick My Space works

(without making parking any weirder than it already is)

For Buyers

Nick a space

Find someone leaving, pay them to move, and park where you actually want to be.

Step 1

Tell us where you're heading

Choose your destination and your max walk distance.

Step 2

Filter by fit

We'll match offers to your vehicle size. No one wants a van trying to squeeze into a space meant for a hatchback.

Step 3

Pay to activate

Once you pay, we ask the other driver to move. Exact location appears only after they confirm.

Step 4

Park and confirm

Confirm you parked. Payment releases. Everyone leaves happy (or at least not furious).

For Sellers

Offer my space

Leaving anyway? Get paid to do it on someone else's schedule.

Step 1

Offer your spot

Share an approximate location, your move time, and a price.

Step 2

Get paid to move

When someone pays, you'll get a 'Move now' prompt and a timer.

Step 3

Confirm you've moved

Once you move, the buyer gets the exact spot location.

Step 4

Get your payout

Funds release after the buyer confirms they parked (or after fair rules kick in).

Important note (public spaces)

We don't “reserve” spaces on public roads. This is a convenience transaction: you're paying someone to vacate promptly. That's it. If the world intervenes, we handle it with clear rules.

Less circling. More arriving.
